How can I set up an auto reply for Facebook tickets?
Unfortunately, there is no setting to set up auto replies within Zendesk Support for the Facebook Native Integration. However, it is possible to set up an auto reply within the settings of your Facebook page directly, please see the below image:
This is what your customers will see when they contact your Facebook page:
As you can see below the auto reply will update the ticket in your Zendesk instance as well:
