What are my options for getting support on the Chat Lite plan?

Chat Lite plan customers have two options for getting support:
- We do not provide 1:1 support for this plan, except for the following areas:
- Billing issues
- Product bugs
- For help with anything else, check out our knowledge base documentation or get advice from other customers in the Community.

We have a demo with 3 products (support, chat and talk)
Even though in our demo for chat we can add up to 7 agents, only 1 is possible (please see attachments)

Regarding the issue you're experiencing, I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so I can have our Customer Advocacy team look into this for you.

I can no longer log in to the chat app. Using the chat button within Zendesk just goes to an account admin page with no chat options and trying to login in at zopim.dashboard.com says wrong password and won't respond when I try the forgotten password link.
Please advise.

I saw that you also filed a ticket with support this morning and got things resolved there. Is this a separate issue, or are you all set?
Hi Nicole. The ticket was for a separate issue (login to support account) which has been resolved. I'm still having the problem with Chat.
