I am using the Chat platform installed inside my Zendesk Support instance. How can I make sure that when I log in to my Support account, I'll also be logged in to Chat automatically?
1. Click the Settings tab or the gear icon on your Zendesk Support side panel and select Apps > Manage.
2. Look for Zendesk Chat icon .
3. Hover over it until it shows a gear icon.
4. Select Change settings and go to the App Configuration tab.
5. Enable Sign in on load and click Save.
