My customers usually follow sections and articles in my knowledge base and receive notifications when new articles, posts, or comments are added. How can I change the sender name used in these subscription emails?
The name of the sender of the follow emails is the same as the one set for your default support address.
To change the name in your notifications
- Navigate to Admin icon () > Channels > Email.
- Identify the email in Support addresses.
- In line with the email, select edit.
- In the popup, change your preferred name in the Name (optional) field. If this field is blank, only the email address will be displayed on email notifications.
- Click Save.
