The Shopify app shows "An error occurred", how do I fix this?

    I have a customer who emailed from a different address than what they used to place the order. I added the original email to their Support User Profile, but am still getting this error. How can I link a user account to Shopify when they use more than 1 email address?

    Hi Amanda,

    I double checked internally and it looks like our Shopify app is only designed to pull in order information based on the email address which is set as the requester on the incoming ticket. Unfortunately, the integration will not attempt to detect if the requester has multiple emails linked to their profile like you are looking for here.

    I'll pass this feature enhancement request to the appropriate team but I also encourage you to create a feedback post in our Support Product Feedback as well.
