What do I need to be aware of when changing the account owner? Could anything break?
Changing the owner of your Support account can cause some integrations to break. Many integrations are linked to an owner account for authorization. When you downgrade or remove the account, integrations linked to it may break. The most common example of this is the Facebook integration.
