    Hi @Bertand,

    We have a Google Docs importer built into the product. Just go to Guide admin > Arrange content > Import articles and you should be able to import documents into Guide.

    This is very useful.  Additional actions you should consider adding is updating the article permissions - Managed by and Visible to as well as promoting/un promoting articles.

    Any update on the new functionality.  Do you know if it includes the ability to bulk update whether the article allows comments or not?

    This new functionality is live, however I do apologize in that allowing comments is currently not available via bulk update. However feel free to check out our article here in regards to what actions are available in bulk update!
