Why am I getting a version conflict error when I try to publish an article?

    I am still getting the Translation Error when trying to save a modified version of the article. I refreshed and still getting the same error.

    Hey Javar,

    What happens if you copy all the article content to a new article? Does the error persist? Is anyone else working in the same article?

    If anyone experiences this error, there's another possible cause I've discovered: If you are editing an article in one tab and log out of Zendesk Support/Guide from another tab, or potentially if your session times out, you will get the Translation Error. Logging back in solved it for me.
