    Do you get to choose your AWS Region? If you are located in Australia will this be Sydney?

    Hi Irving,

    We cannot guarantee which region your be data will be located in. Additionally, you can specify the location of your data if you're on the Enterprise plan and have the Data Center Location add-on as mentioned in our About Support add-ons Article which I've attached for you.

    Thanks for your prompt response.

    The link to the article you provided only mentions US and EU data centres.

    "Specify the location where your account data is hosted (US-only or EU-only)."

    We are subject to Australian legislation that requires our data to hosted in Australia.

    Is it possible to host our instance in the Sydney region if we sign up for an Enterprise Agreement?

    To the best of our knowledge and according to the documentation you are correct and this is only offered for US and EU only. It may be worth reaching out to the Sales team here through the Contact Sales widget to see if there's an alternative.

    Any chance there is a definitive answer on this one as yet. We are looking to use Zendesk as our solution, but are unable to do so without the Australian Data Centre.
