At the bottom of Zendesk Support email notifications sent to my agents, there are ticket properties, such as status, assignee, and the message You are an agent. Add a comment by replying to this email or view ticket in Zendesk Support. How can I remove these from the notification?
Ticket properties included at the bottom of email notifications sent to agents, as shown below, are added by the email footer.
You cannot customize the content added by the footer placeholder at this time. However, you can remove the footer and replace it with your own text, effectively stopping the ticket properties from being included. You will need to edit your email template to achieve this, which you can learn more about in Customizing templates for your email notifications.
