What does the error message "Article wasn't saved. Please try again." mean?

    This article seems out of date? I don't see the Help Centre Name field under Guide Settings as the screenshot shows. In our Guide Instance it is listed under Language Settings. If it is out of date, you can set article verification rules now (which I love)!!

    However, even when the Help Centre name is listed and saved in this field, I still get the same error: Article wasn't saved, please try again.

    As the error gives no indication of why it wasn't saved, I have no idea how to troubleshoot.

    I have cleared Chrome cache, restarted, tried in another browser (safari) but same error.

    Thanks for pointing that out. I removed the instructions of the article and added the link with detailed steps on how to add/change the name of the Help Center.
