I am trying to save or publish some articles but this message keeps coming up - "Article wasn't saved. Please try again". What does this mean and how can I fix this?
The reason you are seeing this error message is because your Help Center currently does not have a name. In order for content to be saved and published to a Help Center, its set-up must be complete, which includes giving it a name. To add a name to your Help Center, go to Guide admin > Settings () > Guide Settings > Default Language > Help Center name, as shown below.
Once you have entered a name for your Help Center, you can select 'Update' at the top of the page to save these changes. Now you should be able to save and publish articles without that error appearing!
