Why did the Overview, Leaderboard, Satisfaction and Insights reporting tabs disappear from my account?
There could be two reasons for this behavior:
- You upgraded your Support plan from Essential/Team to Professional/Enterprise.
- You migrated from Insights to Explore.
In both cases, the Overview, Leaderboard, Satisfaction and Insights tabs are no longer available. However, you can get the same stats in the default Explore Support dashboard, where you will have access to more reports and filters than you had before.
