Today we're beginning the rollout of a new feature for Support Enterprise Plan customers and above that gives admins the flexibility to customize your support solution to fit the diverse needs of your business.
Contextual workspaces provides your agents the right tools at the right time.
With this feature, admins can define workspaces that are relevant to the ticket at hand. Each contextual workspace will display the relevant ticket form and macros that pertain to that ticket, and allow you to pre-select apps in expanded and collapsed states. This means less effort for your agents and more productivity from your support team.
This new feature will be rolling out to customers on the Support Enterprise Plan and above over the coming weeks.
