We're very happy to finally announce support for Arabic and Hebrew customers in the Zendesk Support for Android app. you can download the latest update here.
With the latest update (1.7) we've taken advantage of Android's native support for RTL (Right to Left) languages and enabled the full Android Zendesk Support experience.
The mobile apps are available to all customers on any plan. For the Android app specifically, you will need to have a device on KitKat or higher (4.4 or higher). You can read more about that here.
