How can I authenticate users from my website to the Help Center?

    I don't understand how this would be the case. I need to require sign-in so that my users don't have to sign in? That doesn't really make sense. If anyone could give me some more technical details on how to achieve this I would appreciate it.

    Hey Justin,

    I think what the above is stating is that when you enable the require sign-in option, the Help Center will automatically look to see if the user has been authenticated (natively or SSO) since they won't be able to see any content otherwise.

    By having having this option disabled, the user will just be directed to your Help Center home page since you're allowing anyone to access your Help Center. This will bypass the first step of authenticating the user prior to taking them to the home page.

    So, if require sign-in is enabled the user will be directed to a login page as soon as they navigate to your Help Center. With SSO enabled they should automatically be logged in then.

    If require sign-in is disabled, user will be directed to the Help Center home page (not the login page) and they can choose whether or not to sign-in by clicking the sign-in option.
