Is this available to all levels of Guide? (enterprise, professional, etc). Also to note the links to this article, in the announcements email, didn't work (at least for me).

    Hi Heather!

The new UI will be available for everybody. On Guide Enterprise, you will soon be able to add sections inside a section (the EAP for this is ongoing but it should be released by the end of the quarter).

Will this ability to sort the order of Categories and Sections be reflected in the KC App publish location drop-down?

The answer is Yes (which is very nice). Thanks!

Will this disrupt if we implementing the manual adding of articles to multiple sections or links to external sites on the Section and Categories pages?

    Hey Rachel,

This doesn't change any of the underlying curlybars or APIs of Help Center. It's just new UI for the arrange articles page in the Guide Admin. So this should not disrupt anything if you're using that workaround.

    Thanks!

We started rolling out the new Arrange Articles UI today, Monday February 4th.

It should reach all accounts within one week.

Just wondering if it's still possible to edit from within or article or do you have to go into the Manage articles section? This seems more confusing to me. The Edit article button that used to be in the upper left corner of articles is gone now. This makes editing a bit more difficult. Am I missing something here?

    Hi Meryl,

The behavior in Help Center didn't change. So, yes, you can still navigate to an article in Help Center and click the edit button. As long as you are signed in and you have permission to edit the article, you should see the Edit button. You not have to go to Arrange Articles to edit an article.

    Hope that helps!

Actually, it did change for me. It wasn't showing up, but then I realized if I clicked the tiny tab button in the middle of the screen, it would reappear.
