We are currently using the Conditional Fields app for many of our forms and noticed that this is not working for anyone who is not an admin. All of our agents are seeing all the fields from the forms. How do we fix this?
In the Conditional Fields app settings, there may be a role restriction or a group restriction enabled, which makes the app work only for admins. You can check these settings by going to Admin > Apps > Manage > Conditional Fields and clicking the General Settings tab:
Role restrictions are typically not recommended for the Conditional Fields app. If a role is restricted from the app, agents within that role will not see your configured conditions applied to ticket fields. They will simply see all fields on the ticket form. Administration for the Conditional Fields app is already locked down to the administrator role, so there is no need to worry about non-administrator agents editing the configuration.
