    Anybody know how long it takes for one article to show up in a new section / category?

    Hi Bart,

    An article should show up immediately to end users (assume they have access through their user segment) after you publish it in the section. By default, Zendesk only allows articles in sections and then sections in categories. If you create a new section in a category, it will show up to end users once a published article is added to it.
