Can I create a view to search tickets by skill?
Yes, it is possible to create a view to match the conditions of your skills.
For instance, if you create a Skills match view and Agent A is assigned to skill A, that agent sees tickets with skill A and unskilled tickets. If Agent B was an unskilled agent and looked at the same view, they only see unskilled tickets whereas Agent A sees unskilled tickets and tickets with skill A.
Skill-filtered views return only 30 tickets at a time and can not be paginated or sorted. Because of that, they are not a good method to find skill tickets in general. If you are looking for a more granular way to search tickets, you can use the Zendesk Support search reference.
