Can I create a view to search tickets by skill?
No, it is not possible to create views to show tickets with specific skills.
For instance, if you create a skill view and agent A is assigned to skill A, that agent can only see tickets with skill A. There isn't a way to build a view to show tickets with skill A if the viewing agent does not have that skill.
Skill-filtered views return only 30 tickets at a time and can not be paginated or sorted. Because of that they are not a good method to find skill tickets in general. If you are looking for a more granular way to search tickets, you can use the Zendesk Support search reference.
