How can I pull a list of all my macros from Zendesk?

    Why can we not (as administrators) pull a list of ALL personal macros? Why limit administrators in any way, especially via the API? Use case: Because I am not permitted to disable personal macros (another limitation on my ability to administer my Zendesk account) I am unaware when an agent creates a macro that may be detrimental to the functioning of the rest of the application. Specifically, agents occasionally forget the difference between "add tags" and "set tags" - Set tags removes all other tags, potentially breaking triggers, automations and views that depend on those tags. At the very least I should be able to pull a list of all macros in the system from the API, though this should be in the interface as well.

    I understand that this feature not being native in Support, can be problematic and less than ideal for your use case. I would recommend sharing your feedback in our Product Feedback Forums so our developers can consider implementing this change in future updates.
