    Great stuff! We would really appreciate the admin experience to include an easy way to tell how many of the available licenses are used too. Like this maybe:

    +1 for Heather's suggestion. Right now, we need to head to multiple different places to find available license data.

    Will this new experience apply for managed accounts, giving us the ability to add our own licenses? :)

    I would like to know more details about the Change Owner feature. Are there safeguards around this? It would be ideal to have a notification go to the current account owner who would then approve the change.

    Also, under Subscription, is it correct to assume that the "Yes, cancel my account" button is only accessible when viewing as the account owner?

    @Christoph - The options for authentication will not change. This means you can set up JWT, SAML, Google, or Microsoft authentication for agents, and any of those plus Twitter and Facebook authentication for end-users, just like today. Note that JWT and SAML authentication are plan limited.

    Dan - Managed accounts still need to request agent adds from their Account Executives, however you can make this request this when adding agents in Support. Check this article out.

    AJ - The Change Owner feature is available to Owners only. They can give the Ownership away to any Admin in their account. They’ll also receive an email notification when the Account Owner is changed. 
     
    Only Account Owners can cancel the account.

    Pedro and Heather - Yes! That's Sunshine. This will be the home for all your platform settings. Enterprise accounts can access Custom Objects already to . I'd highly recommend checking it out. :)

    Will this change remove these items from the current Admin pages or will they be linked to their new location like Custom Objects is today?

    Will we ever have a separation of privilege?  ie. the Account owner is not necessarily an admin? That way we can make the payments go to like an "Accounts Department" but we don't need to consume a licence as an "Admin" given that the accounts department won't really need to use Zendesk and change overall settings?
