I'm not the account owner. How do I access an invoice from someone else's account?
Only the account owner can access and download invoices, but the owner can edit the list of users who receive invoices for every billing cycle. For more information, see Adding or removing invoice recipients.
If you are an administrator, agent, or another individual (say, an accountant without the access to the Zendesk portal), reach out to the account owner to be added as a recipient for future invoices.
