Are accounts using the Google Mail connector required to make these changes? Or just for ones with forwarding?

Hi Dan - it is not required for Google Mail connector but a strong suggestion. If not, we fall back to sending from a native Zendesk support address.

Hi, is this change now live? I can't seem to find any details on the go live and cannot access this page https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001941207

    Hi Tim,

The migration has not taken place yet. This is expected to begin some time in the near future.

Let us know if you have any questions!

    Hi,

I changed CNAME record additions to my web-host account in order to support the Zendesk email change to Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) as per above. I received and completed the verification process for 'Regions 1,2,3,4'. However, I am receiving email that indicate notifications/emails are not being sent to customer when a ticket is submitted as 'Solved' and/or 'Pending' in Zendesk. Unfortunately, support@zendesk.com replied back they are only supporting billing and bug questions.

Can someone help me with a path forward to resolve?
