I am trying to change the requester of my ticket but I don't see the change option next to the ticket requester's name, below the ticket title. Why can't I change the requester of my ticket?
You are not able to change the requester of a ticket if you have disabled CCs on tickets. Head to Admin () > Settings > Tickets and in the Settings tab, under CCs, click Enable CCs on tickets.
Once you have enabled this option, don't forget to refresh your browser in order to apply the changes.
