No plans for that Pedro. However, using existing Support functionality you could always create a custom ticket field for "Name" and set it to required and then include that field in your Help Center contact forms.

Excellent news! Any plans to have this option available for Help Center contact forms, too?

Yeah, that would be the workaround.

If we wanted to have it submitted as the Requester's name, however, we'd have to hide the custom field from the agent UI, and then use an extension to do so, right? (whereas having a simple option to add the native "Name" field to the Help Center would be much simpler)

The essential idea is: if you create your forms with REGEX, multi-select fields, for example, you won't be able to replicate the same experience (fields) on the widget. Also, if you decide to have "Name" (system field) available on the widget, you'll have to understand that it won't show up in the form. In conclusion, the experience is completely different when we look at how the same form is shown in the Help Center vs Web Widget.

Goo point Pedro. Daniel, what happened to providing an OMNI channel experience? Same functionality in web widget, guide, SDKs, etc?

Hi Pedro and Jorge, thanks for your feedback. In order for me to reply I'd like to understand more about the use-case you're trying to solve.
