    Updated list of known issues to remove:

    • Broken links in some Community posts and comments
    • Issues with redirects from old URLs at help.zendesk.com

    Both fixes are complete. Please let us know if you're having trouble finding something!

    I would like a phone number were I can call and talk to them about this matter I never see so much stuff please help me we’re I call and find out what going on thank you so much

    When will it be possible to unmerge tickets? I know it's a question that has been asked over and over, but is it really that hard to have this feature added to Zendesk?

    Hi, Alex! We recommend that you post feature requests in our Product Feedback forum. It is unlikely that a Product Manager will collect feedback on an announcement post like this one. I found an existing request about un-merging tickets and recommend you chime in as well there: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360004281447-Feature-Request-Ability-to-Unmerge-Tickets!
