Welcome to the Zendesk Help Center! We've made changes to the structure of our Help Center to make it easier to find answers in one place, without needing to navigate between two (or more) websites. Whether you're looking for information about how to use one Zendesk product, or how to use all of them together, you'll find answers here.
What's changed?
There are no longer separate Help Centers for our Chat, Connect, or Explore products, nor is there a separate Help Center for cross-product information. Select the product area you'd like to browse from the home page:
Or, use the Products navigation menu at the top of the page to browse among categories:
Once you've browsed to a category, use the common questions links to find quick answers to questions about that product:
Filter search results by content type (Knowledge Base, Community) or by product, and easily see which product each article in the results list is about:
For now, you'll still find content for a developer audience and our developer Community forums at develop.zendesk.com.
Why did we do this?
More often than not, Zendesk products are being used in tandem. It's more important than ever to be able to move quickly among content about different products - or find answers to questions about how to use multiple products at once!
Do I need to do anything?
You should be automatically routed from any old URLs to the new versions, but if there are any bookmarks that you frequently reference on our Help Centers, you may want to update your bookmark to reflect the new URL.
Your subscriptions to any sections, articles, topics, posts and users have been recreated so you do not need to re-follow any content you already followed.

I would like a phone number were I can call and talk to them about this matter I never see so much stuff please help me we’re I call and find out what going on thank you so much

When will it be possible to unmerge tickets? I know it's a question that has been asked over and over, but is it really that hard to have this feature added to Zendesk?
Hi, Alex! We recommend that you post feature requests in our Product Feedback forum. It is unlikely that a Product Manager will collect feedback on an announcement post like this one. I found an existing request about un-merging tickets and recommend you chime in as well there: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360004281447-Feature-Request-Ability-to-Unmerge-Tickets!
