I’ve just tried processing a payment for my account and received this error:
A transaction error occurred. Your credit card has not been charged. Contact email@example.com.
There are a couple of things you can do to try to solve this issue:
- Clear the cache of your browser: Options to clear cache and cookies - and make the payment again.
- Make sure the cardholder field is filled in with the first and last name of the card owner.
- If you are in the USA, the Postal Code contains only the first five digits and State is required.
- If the issue persists, call the credit card provider.
If after performing these steps, the issue remains, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
