Which Zendesk SDK do I integrate in my app?
The Zendesk SDK is divided into Support SDK and Chat SDK.
- The Support SDK brings the Support experience on a mobile device running either Android or iOS. A user can click a button in the app to access and read a list of your Help Center articles, search your knowledge base, submit a ticket.
- The Chat SDK brings features from Zendesk Chat to Android and iOS apps. You can allow your end-users to start live chats with your agents.
