    Good morning

     

    We only need continued access to the Support function. 

    We do not understand why we have all of a suddenly received invoices for the Chat/Talk functions which we have do not require and have never requested.

    I do not seem to be able to cancel these features within the Admin panel, therefore can you remove these services leaving us with only the Support feature which we will be renewing on the 2nd July
