    Good morning

     

    We only need continued access to the Support function. 

    We do not understand why we have all of a suddenly received invoices for the Chat/Talk functions which we have do not require and have never requested.

    I do not seem to be able to cancel these features within the Admin panel, therefore can you remove these services leaving us with only the Support feature which we will be renewing on the 2nd July

    In the Products Icon there is no Admin Center nor Billig Icon

    Hello Frederico Perin

    You must be an account owner or administrator to access Admin Center. Additionally to change the card in file, you need to be the account owner. Check the article Who is the owner of my account? [Video] for more information.

    Could you please double check your permissions and let us know if you still don't see the icon?

    No Menus as shown in the video with Admin.

    I tryed the other company's e-mails. None have access to nothing but menus with products without any king of deeper accesses.

    I need to solve the problem.

    Those permissions I dont get to access; Logged.
