    This is great news!!

    It's a minor issue but it looks like a missed opportunity to have a filter for "Today". If you set the Custom Date Range to today only it returns an error message.

    It's still good progress and our teams will be delighted.

    Same here, i want to see it for example only today to catch 9am-5pm easier.

    Data from "last 24hours" and yesterday evening is not intrested when Current Day filtering.

    Hi Renee,

    Explore and Insights should have access to the current day data since the incremental export APIs have access to it.

    Hi Ramin,

     

    it´s working perfectly, thanks for this enhancement.

    Another enhacement would be a option "respect business hours".

    So if our chat is open 9am - 5pm, it will not display, the white space from 12am

     

    More like a time setting in advance, a bit nice to have :)
