I need my apps to make more calls to the Zendesk API per minute. How can I increase my API rate limit?
You can increase the Zendesk API rate limit per minute for your plan in two different ways:
- Update your Support subscription to a higher pricing plan (see How can I update my subscription?)
- If you are on the Professional or Enterprise plan, purchase the High Volume API Add-On. This feature increases your rate limit to 2500 requests per minute.
