    Hello, i've checked the box 'Open for comments' on a few articles (to test it out) and closed, then published and I do not see at the bottom of the articles, where a customer would submit a comment which I did set to manually publish in the business manager. Am I missing a step?

    Ursula Milan Could be that your Help Center theme doesn't support comments on the article page template.
    Or it could show a link which says something like Please sign in to leave a comment.

    Thanks, Kay. How can I find out if Amsterdam doesn't support comments?  Also we don't have customers coming to the help center sign in.

    It's important to know that the comments part only works if a user is logged in. You cannot place an anonymous comment.

    In the Amsterdam Template you'll need to go to the Article template.
    There you want to see that {{comment_callout}} is added.

    If that's not the case, please share the code of the Article template and or your Help Center URL.
