How do I use the allowlist and blocklist to control access?
Answer
Adding end users' email addresses and domains to your blocklist and allowlist, can prevent specific or all users from registering and submitting support requests.
You can also allow specific (or all) users to access your Zendesk and submit support requests, using the allowlist.

Do I have to disable the web widget if I need to blacklist a domain?
Hello PenN,
Blacklist is only available for email officially, so this wouldn't work for widget requests. The workaround would be to suspend the user.
