Is it possible to turn off Zendesk Talk recordings for outgoing calls only?
Call recordings can only be turned on or off for individual phone numbers. This includes both outbound and inbound calls for the phone number. For more details about disabling call recordings, see Configuring live call recording options.
If you disable call recordings for one of your numbers, you can have your agents select that number when making an outbound call.
