Additionally, to this question- how do we enable the search via Help Center articles in a widget if a person types in a keyword in another language? We have a multilingual support center, but for some reason, if I type in a keyword in some other language, for example in German, I receive the search results in English

    Hi Agnieszka -

In Inna's case, it turned out that there was custom code on their Help Center that was interfering. Have you customized your Guide Theme at all?

    Hey Agnieszka,

If you're using custom code in your Guide theme then this is most likely affecting your search results. Since this is not something we can assist with on our end, you'll want to reach out to your developers so they can look into this. We also have a professional services team available that can set up your Help Center how you'd like at an additional cost.

If this is something you're interested in, let me know and I'll get you in touch with your account manager.

    Cheers!
