Using our learning management system (LMS)
Are my LMS credentials the same as my Zendesk credentials?
No. The LMS is a separate system from your Zendesk account, so your Zendesk credentials are not applicable. You will need to create a free account at training.zendesk.com in order to register for our training courses.
How do I know if I already have an account?
If you’ve never logged in to training.zendesk.com, you do not have an LMS account and will need to create one for free. Can’t remember? Email training@zendesk.com and we can help.

If I take a course will I receive a badge that I can publish on Linkedin?

In terms of badging that would be represented in the community and possibly shared on your Linkedin account, this is currently not available. You are still welcome to share your certification on your Linkedin profile and would highly recommend participating in some of our training programs. I've shared a link that goes more in-depth on the training and certification we offer.
