    About the Scheduled Maintenance on May 5th, do we know the nature of the changes to the Chat widget and Dashboard ?  What should be expected when you say it will be unavailable for several minutes?

    Hi there Gagnon,

    Usually for these scheduled maintenance periods, you can expect the widget and dashboard to be unavailable for up to 20 mins (last year's period was 18 minutes).

    This will mean the Chat standalone widget/mobile SDK/Web SDK will not be able to establish a connection and will either not show or appear offline (depending on the client, your account configuration). If you are using the Web Widget with Chat, the rest of the Web Widget will load fine but the Chat channel will appear offline during the downtime period.

    For the dashboard/top bar agent app and Chat agent mobile apps, you will get disconnected during the period and not be able to log in for about 20 min.

    Is it possible that the referal URL isn't being sent anymore when customers use the Web Widget to shoot in a ticket?

    We used to get the URL the costumer was on as part of the ticket, but now since this update, that information is missing.
