Customers using Google Authentication as a login method may experience issues accessing Zendesk support. Our teams are investigating.
On January 25, 2018, from 13:52 UTC / 05:52 PT a number of our customers started experiencing inability in using Google authentication to access their Zendesk products.
Our investigation has rapidly shown a recent change in our Google Cloud Platform configuration, initially meant to include a new staging environment to our Google authentication system, was the root cause of this behaviour.
