In February and March, the Explore team will launch updates designed to make it even easier to monitor all your team’s data in one place. We’ve also simplified workflows for creating, scheduling, and navigating dashboards.
Explore is now HIPAA compliant, meaning your support team can confidently measure and analyze data related to protected health information (PHI). By meeting HIPAA compliance standards, Explore ensures healthcare providers and other organizations dealing with PHI can securely keep track of key data and use it to improve how they support customers.
Scheduling and collaboration improvements
This update will streamline scheduling dashboards to share with others on your team, so you can send dashboards to a group of users. You can even schedule a dashboard multiple times.
New query from a dashboard
You can make new charts directly from the dashboard builder, so it’s easier to add queries while in the process of creating a dashboard, all without switching context.
Dashboard navigation and preview improvements
Currently, when clicking on an editable dashboard in the dashboard library, the dashboard opens in edit mode. This can be confusing, since editors might miss out on seeing updates, and they could mistakenly move things around. Now, clicking on a dashboard in the library opens the dashboard viewer.
And clicking preview in the dashboard builder will display the most recent unpublished changes instead of the most recently published version, so viewers can see new changes.
Custom ticket field values for easier reporting
Your support team will be able to use custom field values instead of tags to label data as desired. This way, you can correctly identify data you’ve collected in Explore.
As part of this update, dynamic content, which is used to populate custom field values, will default to displaying in English to make collaboration easier for global teams.
