Some customers may have experienced server errors from 12:47 UTC - 12:57 UTC when attempting to reach their instance of Zendesk Guide. This issue is now resolved.
On January 7, at 12:47 UTC / 04:47 PT, our monitoring alerted us of an increased number of exceptions impacting our Help Center application on all Pods. This resulted in 10% of our customers becoming unable to access their Help Center.
