We continue to investigate the issue affecting Zendesk provisioned SSL certificates. This could cause some host-mapped Help Centers to revert to non host-mapped URLs. We will provide further information as we get it.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting the renewal and creation of Zendesk provisioned SSL certificates. We will update once we have further information.
On November 5, 2018, we deployed a change which upgraded the language version of our application. As part of this process, some of the libraries used by the application needed to be upgraded.
