The Chat Mobile team have been busy working on a new feature to give agents better tools when on the move - and today we have a new update ready for download.
Releasing this week, Chat mobile brings a vital feature from the web experience into the mobile apps, giving you more control over how you do support when on the move. Chat History enables agents to view and search for past chats, to find and reference details when on the move.
This release brings the useful Chat History feature to the mobile apps. We know you need relevant customer context while on the move. Now, when you need to search for information contained in previous chats you can do so right from the apps.
This release brings search and view functionality, and in our next release, we'll be bringing filtering and chat actions functionality.

This feature is available to all customers on any plan type. For the iOS app specifically, you will need to have a device running iOS 10 or higher. For Android users, you will need to be running a device with Jellybean or higher (4.1 - 4.3).
