Our operations team has confirmed that the search issues with accounts on Pod20 have been resolved.

Our Operations team are investigating an issue affecting Help Center Search for accounts on POD20. More details to follow.
This was due to a volume used to store cached objects slowing down resulting in the Pod 20 Proxy layer suffering from high i/o latencies.
In the short term, the Pod 20 Proxy layer was disabled in order to re-establish service for our customers.
The Proxy layer has since been re-enabled after its configuration has been reviewed and adjusted to make sure such a scenario does not result in a performance loss again.
