Our Developers have applied a fix for the web widget issue on Pod 13

Our Developers are investigating an issue with the widget being unable to load for some customers on Pod 13
During this incident, the web widget would not have loaded for customers in Pod 13. A configuration change to optimize the instances used by the embeddables application lead to resource starvation of the application due to lack of capacity. Once the issue was identified we added additional capacity to resolve the issue. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future we will be improving our playbook and load testing for these types of optimization changes.
