We continue to investigate the brief connectivity issues some customers experienced on Talk. While service is already stabilized, we're monitoring for continued performance.

We experienced brief issues with Talk connectivity, but connection is stable again now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
During this incident, some Talk customers on Pods 13 and 14 briefly experienced intermittent connectivity. A recent code deploy had taken place that affects the service that sends push notifications and and displays agent availability in Talk. The result of that deploy led to a spike in connections that manifested in the reports of Talk connectivity for customers. The software change was promptly rolled back to the previous working version and the issue was resolved.
To prevent reoccurrences of this issue, our teams are implementing modifications to the operational runbook, as well as investigating improved monitoring processes for the affected service.
