Customers are experiencing issues accessing attachments on Pod 15. We’re currently investigating.
During this incident, the service that stores attachments on POD 15 became unavailable. Our operations team failed over to our backup attachment service and all attachments were restored. The issue was caused by a bug in one of our operational runbooks which resulted in this unexpected configuration change. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future, we will be fixing the runbook bug and improving our attachment service monitoring.
