We are currently experiencing issues with our JIRA integration. All pods are affected. Our team is investigating.
During this incident, the Jira integration was unavailable for all customers across all pods.
While investigating the incident, a failover of an active load balancer was identified as the cause of the Jira service being unavailable'. Our operations team approached the vendor and it was determined there was a software bug that triggered the failover. To prevent this from happening again, we plan to move the Jira service to a different pod to improve stability.
