Is it possible to remove the Any department choice from the pre-chat form?
To remove the Any department option from your widget, select Require department when editing your pre-chat form. This will then require your customers to choose one of your existing departments when starting a chat.
To turn on Require department
- From the dashboard, select Settings > Widget.
- Click Forms and under Pre-Chat Form, select Require department.
- Click Save changes.
